Chile leads the Advances on EIU Global Talent Index (GTI) 2011-2015
In the Global Talent Index (GTI) 2011-2015 calculated by Heidrick & Struggles and The Economist Intelligence Unit, Chile obtained 43.7 points in 2011. As a result, this year it took 31st place out of the 60 economies considered in the study and will take 26th position in 2015 with a projected increase of 3.4 points. Chile will be the most advanced economy of Latin America that year.
The overall ranking remains reasonably stable in both years, but noteworthy advances in 2015 are registered by Canada, Chile and Turkey. “Improved economic performance is expected to help talent environments improve in these countries”, says the report.
The best result of Chile in 2015 will be its openness (11th place and 54.2 points).
The GTI incorporates the data analysis of sixty countries, measuring global talent in 2011 and anticipating future realities in 2015.
